Tooling

Applying computer aided manufacturing software, with our experienced tool engineers, and a well-equipped state-of-the-art tool shop, we make in house all Investment Casting Tools for its production.

Machining

With traditional and CNC machining equipments, we have a wide machining capabilities to fulfill customer’s expectations.

Polishing

The superior polishing quality always wins a “Thumb Up” from our customers, in addition to the different surface treatments we currently handle such as: vibratory finish, bead blast finish, satin finish, and mirror polished finish, we continue to research on mass volume surface treatment methods which may lower the production cost and shorten delivery lead-time.

Assembly & Packaging

We can assemble and pack parts for customers and ship all over the world as requested.  Other components, if needed, may be sourced and IQC inspected by us.
